FactMaster and its accompanying databases and documentation are fully
updated and enhanced each calendar quarter. This regular maintenance assures
that you will always receive the state-of-the art performance and
reliable reference.
In each quarterly update you will get:
- Updated historical database returns covering recent market performance.
- A major new feature is released with each update.
- Many enhancements to existing program features based on user suggestions.
- Revised documentation including a quarterly newsletter, on-line Help system, installation read-me file. The User's Guide is updated annually.
The updating process used by us follows a regular cycle based on the calendar quarter. During the first four weeks of each calendar quarter, enhancements are made to the software and the historical returns database is updated. FactMaster is then distributed to all users. During the remainder of the quarter, the development of new major features is undertaken.
The quarterly update is released as a new version. The program and database are mailed to users on a CD-ROM. Updates can also be downloaded from the FactMaster web site. Installation of the quarterly update is an easy single-step process. The prior version of the software will expire in 60 days after the start of each calendar quarter. For this reason, it is important to promptly install the quarterly update once it is received.
